Dirty Honey brought their “Young Guns Tour” to a packed house at The HMAC in Harrisburg and there’s no denying these guys can play hard. Guitarist John Notto plays feverishly. Justin Smolin bass playing was amazing along with Corey Coverstone’s solid drum playing. And lead singer Marc LeBelle’s voice was ready to shine – and that it does. Every member of the band is extremely talented and have a great 70’s rocker look and stage presence.

Preceding Dirty Honey was Dorothy, with their fusion of blues\rock. This is another band you will love to see live.Their  chemistry is amazing and so much fun to watch. They gave the crowd a flawless performance with full crowd interaction. Dorothy released her third album Gifts From The Holy Ghost back in April. The LP featured the hit single “A Beautiful Life.”

Dirty Honey released their self-titled debut LP independently earlier this year. The lead single “When I’m Gone” grabbed the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. The album climbed to No. 2 on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums chart.

My name is Steve Cerf and concert photography is my passion. I got into concert photography after seeing a young Freddy Mercury mesmerize his audience at the Philadelphia Civic Center back in 1977. Since then, I have photographed countless live performances of all kinds. Located in Philadelphia, my ability to experience the show and a performer’s essence and “sweat” is what I incorporate into my images.
