Panic! at The Disco has long been an enduring and popular act and frontman Brendon Urie continues to pull out all the stops in a visual tour de force resulting in a dazzling sold out performance at the iconic Madison Square Garden. Urie hot off his recent record Viva La Vengeance dominated the venue with his trademark swagger and charisma along with his tremendous vocal delivery. He tore through a setlist of established favorites and recent material and recent cuts “Viva La Vengeance” and “Don’t Let The Light Go Out” resonated just as much as classic cuts “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” and “Nine In The Afternoon.” Urie was more than eager to connect with fans and showcased his pure exuberance and joy of being on stage. The showmanship and chemistry Urie displayed with his backing band was also seamless and added to the dynamic and vibrant nature of the show.

Credit also to openers Marina and Jake Wesley Rogers who opened up the show with equally exciting and memorable performances and effectively fit the nature of the event. For any performer well over a decade into their career, it’s a genuine feat to continue to resonate with audiences but in the case of Brendon Urie and Panic! At the Disco the momentum is still very much intact and their sold out show at MSG was an accomplished showcase. For more information regarding tour dates and releases be sure to follow Panic!
