It’s been quite the year and nobody has felt more so than many of the touring musicians who call the Asbury Park music scene home. However, that hasn’t stopped many artists from forging forward; and local staples Bobby Mahoney and The Seventh Son have decided to offer a tribute to the glory of live music and the behind-the-scenes experience with the latest video for their single “Nothing For Nothing”.

The video compiles footage from the Seventh Son’s 2019 tour comprised of stops to Florida, Nashville and Akron, Ohio ... all the way to their show stopping Wonderful Year Performance. Interwoven is footage captured of the band recording and the realities of being a touring act as well. Coupled with the single’s anthemic nature and it's now prophetic line, “When it all falls apart. We’ve gotta shut down to restart,” (as well as it's documentarian approach toward celebrating the joys and community of live music), the video is the next best thing to witnessing the Seventh Son until they can make their triumphant return to the stage. Check out the video and be sure to follow Bobby Mahoney and The Seventh Son on Spotify and all streaming platforms; and be on the lookout for future releases and content coming very soon!
