The Englishtown Project will return to The Stone Pony on Friday February 14, 2020. The brainchild of guitarist Michael Falzarano, who played with both The New Riders of the Purple Sage and Hot Tuna, The Englishtown Project was formed to play tribute to three iconic bands who played at Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ on September 3, 1977, when the Grateful Dead headlined with The Marshall Tucker Band and The New Riders of the Purple Sage on the undercard.

What began as an all-star lineup playing a one-off tribute show at the Brooklyn Bowl in May of 2018 has proven to be a desirable commodity as the band has now played over 40 shows. More than just a Grateful Dead cover band, The Englishtown Project expertly sprinkle Marshall Tucker and NRPS classics throughout their setlists. Get in touch with your tie-dyed roots and dance the night away as you enjoy an authentic night of classic, psychedelic, and southern rock, highlighted by piercing guitar work and beautiful vocals.

Purchase advance tickets here for $20 or at the door for $22. Doors open at 7 pm.
