Several local New Jersey acts have been confirmed to perform at the virtual Good Noise Finter Fest this weekend. Among them include Pollyanna, Highwind, Wave Break, and With Sails Ahead, who recently released the well-received single “In Fear and Loathing.” Notable alternative acts such as Doll Skin and Glass Beach will also be broadcasting virtual sets.

The two-day festival is being presented by the Good Noise Podcast, a rapidly-growing media outlet that focuses on up-and-coming alternative artists within the realm of D.I.Y. music. The podcast started in 2019 and quickly gained traction by interviewing a plethora of local and touring acts, including members of The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Makeout, and Yours Truly. Music will kick off on December 26th at 12 PM EST via the Good Noise Podcast Twitch account. Bands will play until roughly 8pm, with more acts following on the 27th at 12 PM EST as well. The virtual concert is free to attend, though donations will be raised for The Trevor Project and the Equal Justice Initiative.
