ASBURY PARK VENUES REV UP THEIR ENGINES BY LOCKING IN CONCERT DATES
May 25, 2021
Memorial Day is just around the corner and the Asbury Park stages are heating up with regular show announcements coming out fast and furious much to everyone's delight! With safety protocols still in place, many fans are hoping that the opening of a summer concert season will help put us on some sort of path toward normalcy.
If you have FOMO like we do and want to make sure you're keeping up-to-date with all of the new concerts popping up, bookmark our "Music in Asbury" page. Here, you can quickly click each venue to see what's happening, and then purchase tickets directly from the venue sites! We also have our "Music in NJ, PA, & NY" page which lists some of our favorite venues outside of Asbury.
There are two upcoming shows, in particular, we want to make sure you know about because ... well ... they feature some of Asbury Park Vibe's favorite local musicians! They also represent the best of what Asbury is so well known for ... a city filled with a plethora of extremely talented musicians who are ready, willing and able to crush the stages here night after night!

"I moved back to the shore in 2019 specifically to get more involved with the music scene. As musicians, performing is our lifeblood, both financially and mentally, and being told we couldn't play was frustrating to say the least. I can't go a day without playing, or week without performing-- I go nuts. The fact that we're finally able to gather again, to share our music and bring folks together in a rock n' roll communion, is so satisfying for my soul." ~Sean Tobin

CONNOR BRACKEN & THE MOTHER LEEDS BAND
FEATURING THE MIDNIGHT CALLERS
JUNE 4, 2021

Just five short days later, rock and roll firestorm - Connor Bracken & The Mother Leeds Band - is set to open up The House of Independents with The Midnight Callers. Saturday, June 4th at 8pm will mark their first live performance in a year!

"The boys and I can't wait to get back out there where we belong. Our band is based completely around the idea that our music will be performed in front of an audience so we have been missing something that makes us, us. The folks listening are just as important as those playing. Returning to the stage is returning to what brought us to music in the first place. It feels better than you can believe." ~ Connor Bracken

Classic Rock magazine is quoted as saying, "New Jersey is rock 'n roll to the core, and Leeds are about as Jersey as you can get!" This is definitely the show the Asbury rock scene is ready for!!!
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased here. This is a safely seated Covid-compliant show.
