Drummer Joey Prince added his sentiments. “For me to say I’m excited is an understatement because we get to kick off a night I would be attending as a fan, which is unreal to me. I am so thankful to be given this opportunity and can’t wait to be back at The Pony!"

Connor Bracken & The Mother Leeds Band wows audiences throughout Asbury Park and beyond with classic, R&B-infused New Jersey rock and roll that inevitably gets fans out of their seats and onto the dance floor. Hailed by music reviewers near and far as "a band that guarantees the future of rock music," The Mother Leeds Band exploded with creativity on their latest album Nightbird Motel... of which every gem of a song deserves serious radio play.

Front man and guitarist Connor Bracken shared his thoughts on the show. "It's an honor to be a part of this show. Whenever we get to play with bands from outside Asbury Park, we feel we get to show them what we're made of and wave the flag for Asbury Park! That especially goes for a show of this caliber. Every band on this bill is fantastic and we can't wait to be a part of it!"

Bracken, alongside drummer Rich Seyffart, guitarist Jeff Linden, and bassist Chris Dubrow are the dynamos who pump out the "rock & gold" that is The Mother Leeds Band. They take the stage inside The Pony at 10pm and tickets can still be purchased for $25 through their Instagram account here. This ticket will also allow you to see The Struts and Nick Perri & The Underground Thieves.

After her first visit to Asbury Park, she immediately fell in love with its music community and recognized the need for a Jersey Shore publication to highlight the accomplishments of local and national musicians through photos and press. Asbury Park Vibes has been her labor of love ever since, along with her Golden Retriever – Cooper – who you’ll often see walking Diane through the streets of Asbury.
