Five for Fighting is actually Vladimir John Ondrasik an American singer-songwriter, and after seeing his show I would also add storyteller. His songs are known by everyone ("Superman," "Chances," "The Riddle," etc.); but he entertained with his stories about where they came from, his inspiration, his path, his family, and how he's hoping to get people questioning and influence today's important issues.
